Born in 1976, graduated from the Department of Landscape Architecture at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and trained in design and construction.
Since 2005, he has worked as president of his family business, Sone Zoen Co., Ltd.
In 2024, he will move to France and establish the new Japanese Garden Institute ZERO.

Serving as the chairman of the International Activities Committee, he is involved in the restoration of gardens overseas, dispatching instructors, and accepting trainees to Japan.
Participates in association activities as a member, participates in monthly workshops as a lecturer, and is involved in the restoration and management of Japanese gardens in France.
Participate in classes held at the school and regularly teach students about Japanese garden culture and techniques. In lectures, introduce Japanese garden culture, and in practical training, provide instruction in Japanese techniques such as pruning, bamboo fence construction, and gate construction.
