The garden was commissioned to create a classic Japanese garden using old Japanese gardening techniques, and was designed with the concept of an integrated design that represents the scenery of the city of Roman, where the garden is located, while using traditional techniques such as borrowed scenery, rock gardens, dry waterfalls, and stone basins, as well as ancient designs of Japanese gardens.

The forest at the back of the garden is used as borrowed scenery, and in front of it, the mountains surrounding the city of Roman are expressed.
